MAIN PRACTICE LOCATIONS
With current Covid-19 restrictions in place we are not allowed to practice at our usual sites at Olympia Park 6566 N Avondale, Chicago IL 60631 and St. Bartholomew (St. Bart's) 4941 W. Patterson, Chicago IL 60641. We will resume practices at our usual locations when restrictions lift.
