Refund Policy

Down payment and Uniform Fees are non-refundable.

Club Fee is refundable on a pro-rated basis if the player cannot continue the season.

Payment Schedule - Club Fees

Club fees do not include:

- Uniform package for 12u-18u - $225

- USAV Membership - approximately $55

- Midwest Travel Qualifier personal expenses, travel to/from qualifier tournament, and lodging.

Included in Club Season Fees:

Out-of-state Qualifier Tournament for 14U through 18U teams

Each club team, from 14U through 18U, will play in one (1) out-of-state Qualifier Tournament. Qualifier tournaments are 3 days in duration and held at various states and venues. In the past, we have attended the Nike Mideast Qualifier. It has not been determined which tournament we will attend but the 2024 Nike Mideast Qualifier dates are:

  • 16U, 17/18U Nike Mideast Qualifier TBD, 2024 in Indianapolis, IN
  • 14U, 15U Nike Mideast Qualifier on March 22 - March 24, 2024, in St Louis, MO 

The Qualifier tournament allows the team to compete for a National Volleyball Championships bid.

 

The Qualifier participation fee is covered in your Club dues. The Qualifier tournament opportunity allows the girls to play in a large setting (convention center) against teams from all over the Midwest. It is a great experience for the girls to show off their talent and see talent from several states.

 

Participation in Qualifier Tournament is encouraged. The team will only attend the Qualifier if at least 8 team members commit to attend.  The team will stay at one hotel as a group. Players must stay with their parents. It is each family’s responsibility to provide transportation to/from the destination, lodging fees (3 nights), and all personal costs.

USA Volleyball (USAV) Membership 

All team members must register at USAV via the Great Lakes Volleyball Registration Site. Registration at this site is mandatory to participate on any club volleyball team. There is a yearly registration fee of approximately $55 payable at time of USAV registration. USAV is the governing body for volleyball in the U.S.

 A $300 non-refundable deposit is due when your daughter accepts a position on one of our teams.   *Other payment plans can be discussed depending upon need. We also offer discounts to families with multiple players.

Uniform Package for 12U - 18U

New Players will need to purchase the full uniform package at $225.  The Uniform package will include:

- 2 Long Sleeve Jerseys

- Warm-up Jacket or Hoodie

- Team Logo Backpack

- Volleyball

You must supply your own black spandex shorts, knee pads, and gym shoes.

 

(Note that returning players may not need to purchase the full uniform package.  There will be exceptions if distributors discontinue jersey styles from year to year.  Separate items such as new Jerseys, Jacket, and Backpack are also available)

In-state Travel Tournament for 12U - 13U teams

Each club team, from 12U and 13U, will play in one (1) local two-day tournament. or an in-state two-day in-state travel tournament. In the past, we have attended the Great Lakes Regional Champions Tournament and Central Illinois Elite Tournament - Peoria. It has not been determined which tournament we will attend in 2024.

The Tournament fee is covered by your Club dues. Participation in an overnight tournament is encouraged. The team will only attend if at least 8 team members commit to attend.  The team will stay at one hotel as a group. Players must stay with their parents. It is each family’s responsibility to provide transportation to/from the destination, lodging fees, and all personal costs.
